Welcome To The Cottage Inn

The village of Llangwm is almost hidden away on the western bank of the Cleddau Estuary in south Cottage InnPembrokeshire. The village has a long history dating back to the 7th and 8th centuries when the Vikings would winter here. The Normans settled in Llangwm in the 12th century, centreing the village at the heart of 'The Little England Beyond Wales'. Local legend also tells of the women of the village in the 19th century lobbing stones at strangers to keep them away.  But today, the village offers a warm and friendly welcome to anyone who decides to pay it a visit and nowhere more so will that welcome be found than in Llangwm’s village pub, The Cottage Inn.

There is a large outdoor covered area where smokers may choose to enjoy a cigarette and their drink in comfort and there is also a beer garden where children can play in complete safety away from traffic on the road and any moving vehicles in the car park.

All food is prepared and freshly cooked to order, so once you’ve ordered your meal, please be prepared to wait 20 – 25 minutes for it to arrive.  It will prove well worth the wait.  Please go to the Menu page to see what is currently on offer.  On Sundays, we offer a traditional Three Course Sunday Lunch.
